By purchasing from Velara Travel, you agree to the following terms.

OUR SERVICE
Velara Travel provides custom digital trip planning services. We are a travel planning consultancy — we do not book flights, hotels, or transfers directly. All bookings remain the responsibility of the customer.

WHAT WE DELIVER
Depending on your chosen package, we deliver:
• Custom flight itinerary recommendations
• Hotel and accommodation suggestions
• Visa guidance and documentation checklists
• Day-by-day travel plans
• Destination guides

All plans are delivered digitally via email within the stated timeframe (24–72 hours).

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make every effort to ensure accuracy of all travel information provided. However, flight prices, visa requirements, and hotel availability are subject to change. Velara Travel is not liable for any changes that occur after your plan is delivered.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
• You are responsible for booking all flights, hotels, and services recommended in your plan
• You are responsible for verifying visa requirements with the relevant embassy
• You are responsible for purchasing travel insurance

PAYMENT
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Velara Travel is not responsible for:
• Flight delays or cancellations
• Hotel unavailability
• Visa rejections
• Any losses incurred during travel
