At Velara Travel, we are committed to delivering exceptional trip planning services. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

DIGITAL SERVICES — NO PHYSICAL GOODS
All Velara Travel packages are digital services. Once your custom itinerary or travel plan has been delivered, it cannot be returned like a physical product.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

✦ Full Refund — if you cancel within 2 hours of purchase and work has not started
✦ 50% Refund — if you cancel after 2 hours but before delivery has begun
✦ No Refund — once your plan has been delivered to your email

DELIVERY ISSUES
If you did not receive your plan within the promised timeframe (24–72 hours), you are entitled to a full refund or re-delivery at no extra charge.

QUALITY ISSUES
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your plan, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@veleratravel.com and we will revise your plan at no additional cost.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email us at support@veleratravel.com with:
• Your order number
• Reason for refund request
• Date of purchase

We process all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
